Last weekend, my high school friends and I got together once again for an overnight outing. It’s been awhile since we had an out-of-town activity like this. Despite only a few, cool, available people present, we still had tons of fun together. Most of them had summer classes and wanted to take advantage of their last few summer days before hitting the books the next day. Pictures will try to do justice.

It was a testosterone-desprived outing – with only three 4D boys present: Charz, Ced and Kent. This didn’t make it any less fun. They were all great. The girls were great. We all just had crazy fun together. The minute we got into our rooms, we found ourselves all nostalgic (as usual). We started by recalling our first ever crushes dating back to Prep and Grade 1. Whee! Pareho pa kami ni Billie! We started recalling ‘memorable’ people from CSA back in grade school: the notorious, the beautiful, the weird, etc – wondering how they were right now. My friend, Jam, wished we had a yearbook. It’s so funny how we always end up reminscing to CSA memories. But I think that our memories of CSA hold us together in a way. Four years of high school together probably does that.

By nightfall, and just when the other people started clearing up (thank you PBB!), we wanted to go swimming. It’s been awhile since I actually went swimming. Ffffuuunnnn.

After swimming, the night was still young enough for us to rendezvous together. Lotsa crazy moments with these crazy people, which included the funnest ‘category’ games ever. This includes a very tipsy Billie shouting ‘Michael Jackson’ as the next NBA player. Panalo. It was hysterical. Once everyone was just a bit inebriated to make sense of things, we found ourselves bursting into emotional fits, and even into tears over our personal issues and heartaches. It was such an insane night.

In between all the mixing, drinking, talking and laughing, us, girls had to queue in our little photoshoot by the beautiful mirrors inside the room. Lo and behold some cam whoring.

A little bit before the sun started to rise, we slept. Hopefully, the hangovers will eventually die down, and we can enjoy a good rest. Fortunately, we all slept well – waking up at around 10am just in time for ‘brunch.’ I, on the other hand, was still sore all over.

We left the place at around noon, and headed to one of my best friend, Audrey’s condo in Ortigas. By the time we headed there, we were all either exhausted or sleepy. Found below is my favorite picture taken in the entire trip ever.

So, after a few rounds of Pusoy Dos and Pek-Wa, while waiting for the others’ rides to pick them up, we headed over to Pancake House for a milkshake fix. Yummmy. I was with my best friends and two of the 4D boys: Charz and Ced. We were planning on our May Reunion. I’m sure that it will all push through and hopefully with more of us, 4D people to celebrate with. After finishing our yummy shakes, we left the place a little bit before three. And once I got home, I fell asleep instantly. It was a tiring, but an unbelievably fun overnight trip.
